Human red blood cells seem to have no color when scene under a microscope. The tint of pink that you see a little of in the left hand corner is because clotting of layers of the cells. Individual red blood cells are disk shaped.

I thought it was so interesting.

I picked the ring-tailed lemur blood cells. It says that the cells are nearly colorless. I also learned that red blood cells carry oxygen to other cells

The Pathophysiology of Giardia lamblia is that it hooks onto a cell of the intestinal epithelium and stops the nutrients that those cells sort from flowing correctly.

From the phrasing of the passage on this protozoan parasite it seems that it does not destroy the cell persay but merely disrupts the functions of the cell and keeps it from working properly.

Giardia Lamblia is found in water and some foods.

A few comments to the maker of the blog,

As you know there has been much speculation by you on many things considering the twilight series that i find offensive to literature. I looked up some of Stephenie meyer's answers to these questions, so i thought i might post a link for you to look at DAN.

http://www.stepheniemeyer.com/bd_faq.html

and go to the question, "Is Bella an anti-feminist heroine?"
